Need to be trimmed back
- Continued deterioration of the
road in low-lying areas on Powe need to be addressed
- Repairs we made on Sarkisian a
couple years ago (2019?) are sinking.
There appears to be some kind of
burrow opening on the north side of the repair area
- Brush needs to be trimmed back
along both sides of the road on the Sarkisian hillside

Program – This year’s theme is Board Duties and Responsibilities
* Tree leaning from
plat property #3900 towards house on plat #6400 was measured to be within the
road district easement. Rick contacted
Dan with the Wave Energy project and he agreed to pay the cost of removal due
to damage likely caused by the work crew assembling pipes on Powe Street. Tree was cut down by John and removed for
$800.
* 2nd tree
leaning towards #3900 property from the #4000 property owned by Dave Hemerly
was outside of the road district easement. He had it removed as well.

* Neighbor to the west of Amanda’s house
is planning to clear he two lots the week of July 11th, but does not plan to
build for 4 years.
