CALL TO ORDER

April  20, 2022 @ 6:05 PM

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTH MINUTES

* March Minutes approved.

FINANCIAL BALANCES

* Columbia Bank Checking (3/31/22): $302.07

* LGIF (4/20/22): $1,231.36

* Total Funds: $1,543.43

 

OLD BUSINESS

* Amanda – SDIS Best Practices Program homework - to save us a whopping 2% on our insurance. (Re-promised)

 

 

NEW BUSINESS

* Annual physical hazard review – Walk Roads

               - Some low hanging limbs on Powe Need to be trimmed back

               - Continued deterioration of the road in low-lying areas on Powe need to be addressed

               - Repairs we made on Sarkisian a couple years ago (2019?) are sinking.  There appears to be some kind of

                 burrow opening on the north side of the repair area

               - Brush needs to be trimmed back along both sides of the road on the Sarkisian hillside

* Certificate of membership in SDAO ($135 value) received

* Rick jumps at the chance to be Agent of Record once again

 

 

MEMBER-AT-LARGE REPORT 

* Mary enjoyed meeting Amanda’s dog
