CALL TO ORDER

Members at large: Kim Dowe , Alex Derr (Note: the meeting was advertised publicly, and all Silver Sands residents invited)

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTH MINUTES
*May minutes read and approved.

 

FINANCIAL BALANCES
The June meeting is the Annual Budget Hearing for the Silver Sands Road District.

Financial balances will be reported at the July meeting.

 

OLD BUSINESS

*Per usual procedure for Annual Public Hearing of the Silver Sands Special Road District Budget, old business will be presented and discussed next month.

 

NEW BUSINESS

*This was the Silver Sands Special Road District Annual Budget Hearing.

The budget was  proposed and discussed by the board and other SSRD members present.

After the discussion, the budget was approved.

*July 14, 2026 @ 6pm Alex’s Picnic Table .

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTH MINUTES
*April minutes read and approved.

 

FINANCIAL BALANCES
* First Security Bank Checking : $1449.76

* LGIF: $471.92

* Cash: $53.05

* Total Funds: $1974.73

 

OLD BUSINESS

 

*Culvert Responsibility at SS entry.

-No response from ODOT per our inquiries.

*Culvert Repair Plans Progress.

OSU offer to Silver Sands $5,000 toward repair of the culvert has been agreed upon, and we are getting new bid from Gettis Paving to perform repair. We will receive money from OSU after repairs are performed.

* Culvert north end entry of water flow has not yet been found. We are considering additional options to find it.

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

*With respect to yearly audit by state, we took the “In lie of audit” option from state and paid the fee.

*FY 26-27 Budget has been completed and reviewed by the board. The public hearing to review the budget is set for June 16, 6pm at Alex’s picnic table.
