CALL TO ORDER

March 22, 2022 @ 5:43 PM

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTH MINUTES

* February Minutes approved.

FINANCIAL BALANCES

* Columbia Bank Checking (3/22/22): $302.07

* LGIF (3/22/22): $1,230.84

* Total Funds: $1,532.91

 

 

OLD BUSINESS

* Amanda PROMISES to review the Best Practices Program to save us a whopping 2% on our insurance.

 

NEW BUSINESS

* Annual physical hazard review is postponed 1 month

* SDIS Best Practices Program – This year’s theme is Board Duties and Responsibilities

* Tree leaning from plat property #3900 towards house on plat #6400 was measured to be within the road district easement.  Rick contacted Dan with the Wave Energy project and he agreed to pay the cost of removal due to damage likely caused by the work crew assembling pipes on Powe Street.  Tree was cut down by John and removed for $800.

* 2^nd tree leaning towards #3900 property from the #4000 property owned by Dave Hemerly was outside of the road district easement. He had it removed as well. 

 

MEMBER-AT-LARGE REPORT 

* Neighbor to the west of Amanda’s house is planning to clear he two lots the week of July 11th, but does not plan to build for 4 years.
