APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTH MINUTES

* Minutes approved and posted on blog.

FINANCIAL BALANCES

* Columbia Bank Checking (9/30): $101.71

* LGIF (11/07): $2,577.78

* Total Funds: $2,679.49

* Financial Transactions

* Bill for Oregon Ethics Commission Fee still outstanding

* 11/09.2021 $5,297.76 check from Lincoln County Treasurer received

* 11/05/2021 US Bank Invoice for $5,282.50 received for loan payment

 

OLD BUSINESS

* Parking – The Road District will not determine parking policies in the neighborhood.

 

NEW BUSINESS

* Nothing new

MEMBER-AT-LARGE REPORT 

* Some discussion about easements and squatting rights.  State seems to defer to the squatters rights.

 

MEMBERSHIP 

* Amanda has been recommended as a replacement for Sue’s position

* Jonathan will talk to Casey at next opportunity (Probably after 11/22)
