APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTH MINUTES
*Aug minutes read and approved.

 

FINANCIAL BALANCES
* First Security Bank Checking : $1449.76

* LGIF: $471.92

* Cash: $53.05

* Total Funds: $1974.73

 

OLD BUSINESS

 

*Culvert Repair : PacWave and OSU have officially agreed to support our culvert repair and will pay us $5,000 on completion of the project. We are still waiting for the bid from Gettis Paving in response to our email RFP sent on July 29, 2026.

*Al made minor repairs to the road surface on Sarkisian. He paid for supplies and generously considered it a donation to SSRD.

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

*SSRD 26-27 In Lieu of Audit Report has been filed by Rick. Also the $40 fee has been paid to the state.

*The Annual Review of SSRD Assets was also completed and filed.
