Call to Order

Financial Report

CD Balance: No new statement this month.

Old Business

Repair of Sarkisian Dr. depressions

We are monitoring these. They don't seem to be getting worse, the pavement is intact, and we do not have funds for a proper repair.

New Business

Signs on bridge railing

The signs have been removed and the bridge railings may now be pressure washed and stained

Staining of bridge railings

Rick Hill and Jonathan Hoy will pressure wash and stain the railings in November as the weather permits

Membership Changes

Alex Derr is resigning as Secretary and committee member due to his relocation to Arizona.  Jonathan Hoy is going to apply for the committee and if accepted, will assume the role of Secretary.
