Financial Report

$10,305.94 in Checking.
$5067.45 in one CD.
$3020.25 in the other CD.
$31.69 paid to Oregon Ethics Commission (annual dues)

Old Business

We discussed improvements to the beach access from Sandy Drive, pending contributions from the community. 

New Business

1. The SDAO Annual Conference will be in February, 2017 in Portland. We will not send a representative, due to the cost of attendance.
2. We completed Best Practices assignments, which make us eligible for an 8% reduction in insurance rates.
